Are your rugs suitable for homes with pets?  

Yes, many of our rugs are well-suited for homes with pets. Flatweaves and low-pile rugs tend to be easier to maintain and clean. As our rugs are made from natural fibres, regular vacuuming and prompt spot cleaning help maintain their appearance in pet-friendly homes.

Do handmade rugs last longer than machine-made rugs?  

Handmade rugs are known for their durability when properly cared for. Traditional weaving and knotting techniques allow the rug to age gracefully over time, often developing character rather than wearing out quickly.

Will the rug feel soft underfoot?

Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?  

Yes. Many of our designs are suitable for high-traffic spaces such as living rooms, hallways, and dining areas. Wool and tightly woven rugs, in particular, perform well with regular use while maintaining their structure.

Do rugs fade over time?  

Like all natural fibre products, rugs may gradually change in tone over many years, especially with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Rotating your rug periodically and avoiding constant sun exposure can help maintain colour consistency.

Can I use these rugs in homes with children?

Are slight imperfections normal in your rugs?

Care & Maintenance

How often should I clean my rug?  

For regular upkeep, light vacuuming once or twice a week is sufficient. Avoid using a beater brush. Periodic professional cleaning is recommended for deeper maintenance, depending on usage and foot traffic.

What is the best way to clean spills on a rug?  

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can push the stain deeper into the fibres. Avoid harsh chemicals or detergents. For stubborn stains, consult a professional rug cleaner.

Do handmade rugs shed?  

Some shedding is normal in rugs made from natural fibres, especially during the first few months. This will gradually reduce with regular vacuuming and use.

Can I place my rug in direct sunlight?  

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause gradual fading over time. We recommend rotating your rug periodically and using curtains or blinds in sun-heavy spaces.

Is professional cleaning necessary?  

Yes, especially for larger rugs or those placed in high-use areas. Professional cleaners experienced with handmade rugs help preserve fibre quality, colour, and structure.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you currently ship?  

At present, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in the future, and updates will be shared on our website once available.

How long does it take to process an order?  

Most rugs are made to order. Standard rugs are usually dispatched within 10–15 business days. Custom or larger rugs may take longer, and timelines are shared after order confirmation.

How long does delivery take once shipped?  

After dispatch, domestic deliveries typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Will I receive tracking information?  

Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, where available.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?  

Address changes may be possible only before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update delivery details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?  

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Are custom-made rugs eligible for return?  

No. Custom-made or personalised rugs are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are created specifically for your order.

What do I need to submit a return request?  

A valid proof of purchase and a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded within 24 hours of delivery are mandatory for return evaluation.

Who bears the return shipping cost?  

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is arranged by us. For all other approved returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?  

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a fresh order once the refund is processed.

How long does it take to receive a refund?  

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days from inspection approval. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
