At Man Made Rugs, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural materials. Our shipping policy reflects the time, care, and attention required to create and deliver each rug responsibly.


Order Processing & Production Time

Most Man Made Rugs products are made to order or produced in small batches.

  • Standard rugs: Typically dispatched within 10–15 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order rugs: Production timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation and may range between 3–8 weeks, depending on size, design complexity, and material availability

Production timelines are communicated transparently and are separate from shipping transit times.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India
  • Internationally, to select destinations (subject to serviceability)

If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination, rug size, and weight.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched:

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics partners, weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available, so you can follow your rug’s journey.


Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Man Made Rugs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Customs authorities
  • Force majeure events

We appreciate your patience and understanding when working with handcrafted timelines.


Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner:

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package

We strongly recommend inspecting the package upon delivery and recording an unboxing video as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Man Made Rugs is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability

Any re-shipping costs incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer.


Damaged Shipments

If your rug arrives damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product
  • Contact us at contact@manmaderugs.com within 24 hours of delivery

We will evaluate the issue and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.
